Shipping & Delivery

At Pilot.ie we have three shipping rates for goods being delivered to Ireland. (For Shipping to the UK please contact us as additional customs charges may apply).

• Class 1 shipping costs €2.99 and includes small products that can fit in a standard envelope.
• Class 2 shipping costs €3.99 and includes larger items under 500g that can fit through a standard letterbox.
• Class 3 shipping costs €5.99 and includes large bulky items or expensive items. In many cases, the value of products in class 3 will exceed the free shipping threshold. 

All orders over €100 will qualify for free shipping and will be couriered where appropriate. 

For multiple products under the €100 threshold, the highest level of shipping will apply. e.g. one class 1 and one class 2 product, class 2 shipping will apply.
